Arch Forum Retro

We had a retro of both the Arch Forum meeting itself, but also the overall Tech and Architecture.

3 types of feedback were collected: "Works well", "To improve" and "Want to try".

After the meeting every backend dev were invited to vote on what they think is the most important issue, what we should spend time on.

All the feedback is collected in this Google sheet.

The top 5 items ranked by votes are:
- Improve event tooling (publish and republish events on rabbit) (5 votes)
- Removing castle core (4 votes)
- Replace Newtonsoft with System.Text.Json (3 votes)
- Automate renovate fixing (2 votes)
- Build & deploy a feature somewhere before its merged to master. (2 votes)

Other items got 1 or 0 votes.

We will look closer and see what can be done to improve the issues raised in January, with extra focus on the top items. More to follow.
